Before
The home's exterior had tired, weathered coatings on the fascia, windows and timber deck. It needed protecting properly, not just freshening, so the brief was a full exterior repaint built to last.
Preparation
All surfaces were pressure washed, repaired and sanded back to sound material, with bare timber treated and primed so the new coatings would bond rather than lift.
During
Dulux exterior coatings were applied throughout, with Weathershield in Monument on the fascia for weather protection and depth, a high-gloss finish to the windows, and a two-coat stain system laid into the timber deck.
Finished
A sharp, protected exterior with a crisp Monument fascia, clean high-gloss windows and a deck brought back to life, all set up to handle Melbourne weather.
